ACQ (QCA) Ultrasonic Ampoule Cleaning Machine

Main Applications:

AGF10/1-2ml (AGF8/1-20ml) (DGA6/1-20ml) ampoule machines is researched and manufactured by our factory, it is applicable for filling and sealing of 1ml, 2ml, 5ml, 10ml and 20ml ampoules. It can fill nitrogen, fill and seal to three forms of ampoules of 6 pieces, 8 pieces and 10 pieces at the same time. This machine has functions of stop filling on lack of bottle and high position stop. Above the machine, the machine has its own air cleaning device with cleaning level of 100 class, both the main machine and the bottle inlet conveying mesh-belt can be speed regulated steplessly. The machine can either be used as a single machine, or be used together with sterilized tunnel oven and ampoule ultrasonic wave washing machine. It has merits of high production rate, good quality, stable and reliable running and easy operation. The material used conforms to GMP requirements, only need to change small amount of pats with several hours, the machine can be change to fill and seal ampoules of other specifications. The visual talking technology makes the clean filling area become face to face, more direct communication. It has liquid filling needle frame high position function which is for easy cleaning of the liquid filling system; the drawing clamp high position and the high position automatic stop mechanism and avoids the machine from burning out the drawing clamp while the machine is shut down. The machine also has product counting, stop filling on lack of bottle display devices. It will automatically alarm upon fuel gas leakage.
